Siding Installer

Zablocki Roofing Inc. is expanding our siding team! We're searching for an experienced and dependable Siding Installer to take on a hands-on role in improving homes across Central Minnesota. About the Siding Installer Role

As a Siding Installer, you’ll be responsible for the full scope of siding operations—from prepping the job site to expertly installing LP, metal, and vinyl siding. You'll also work with soffit, fascia, window and door wraps, and flashing. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team.
Based in St. Cloud, MN, Zablocki Roofing serves homeowners throughout Central Minnesota — including Sauk Rapids, Sartell, Waite Park, Albany, Elk River, and more.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Hourly Wage: $23.00 – $32.00 Pay is based on experience and skill level.
Benefits Include: Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues immediately: 1 hour per 30 hours worked (capped at 48 hours in year one)
After 60 days full-time: eligibility for Health Insurance with HSA, Dental Insurance, Simple IRA, Disability Plans, Life Insurance, and more

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete siding jobs safely, on time, and within budget
  • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free job sites
  • Load, unload, and stage materials for siding projects
  • Install siding (LP, vinyl, metal), house wrap, soffit, fascia, and flashing
  • Wrap doors and windows using an aluminum brake
  • Fill joints and cracks with caulking
  • Install and align doors and windows
  • Communicate clearly with team, management, and homeowners
  • Assist with shop maintenance and inventory
  • Drive company truck and trailer to job sites
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a health physical
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Clear English communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and move safely on roofs
  • Committed to safety and quality workmanship
