About the Roofing Installer Role
As a Roofing Installer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — installing various types of roofs, repairing damage, and ensuring every job is completed with quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll work under the guidance of our Roofing Foreman and collaborate closely with both your team and our clients.
Our jobs are based in St. Cloud, MN, and surrounding communities like Sauk Rapids, Sartell, Waite Park, and more throughout Central Minnesota.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Hourly Wage: $23.00 – $32.00 Pay is based on experience and skill level.
Benefits Include: Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues immediately: 1 hour per 30 hours worked (capped at 48 hours in year one)
After 60 days full-time: eligibility for Health Insurance with HSA, Dental Insurance, Simple IRA, Disability Plans, Life Insurance, and more

Key Responsibilities
- Perform roof installation, including ridge caps, drip edges, and frost-proofing
- Replace and repair damaged roofing materials such as plywood
- Install vents and chimney flashing
- Inspect roofing for issues and complete roof repair tasks independently
- Maintain clean and safe job sites during and after installation
- Interact professionally with homeowners and team members
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials inventory
- Assist with occasional shop maintenance and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a health physical
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds
- Install vents and chimney flashing
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Clear English communication skills — both written and verbal
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and move safely on roofs
